Corporate Haven

Definition: a Corporate Haven is a jurisdiction with (tax) laws and regulations that are friendly to corporations, thereby encouraging them to choose that jurisdiction as a legal domicile.
Typically, corporate havens and/or tax havens are small countries: Andorra, Aruba, Bermuda, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, Nauru, Switzerland.
Multinationals may have a subsidiary corporation or even their corporate domicile in these locations for tax avoidance reasons and similar benefits.
