Empowerment Leadership

   

Definition: Empowerment Leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on empowering individuals within an organization to make decisions based on a clear understanding of the leader's intent rather than waiting for explicit instructions or micromanagement. In this model, leaders communicate their overall goals, objectives, and vision to their team members, providing them with the autonomy and trust to determine the best course of action to achieve those goals.
