Definition: Employer Branding is a form of marketing based on communicating the combination of functional, economic, and psychological benefits provided by employment and identified with the employing company.
It is well known that intellectual and human capital is the main source of competitive advantage and/or core competence in the modern economy. "People are our greatest asset". Accordingly, there is an intense "contest" among employers to attract and retain the best, most talented employees.
