DICE Framework

Definition: the DICE Framework is a change management success formula based on 'hard factors' by the Boston Consulting Group to calculate how well a company is implementing its change initiatives, or how well it will be able to implement its change initiatives.
DICE Project Score = D + (2 x I) + (2 x C1) + C2 + E
D - Duration of project length
I - Integrity (project team's ability)
C - Commitment (C1 of Top Management, C2 Employee Participation)
E - Effort that is required
DICE does not deal with soft factors including: strategic vision, leadership, organizational culture, employee motivation, top-down approach or bottom-up approach, etc.
Comparable to Beckhard's Change Formula.
