Business Strategy

Definition: Business Strategy is the strategy process or field of study at the level of the 'Strategic Business Unit' (SBU).
Small or medium size organizations have only one SBU and also have only one BS.
Large companies are typically comprised of multiple SBU's ('divisions'), each having its own BS, as well as an overarching corporate strategy.
