Appreciative Inquiry

Definition: Appreciative Inquiry is a participatory organizational development method which focuses on envisioning and increasing what an organization does well rather than on eliminating what it does badly.
The AI approach is based on the assumption that the (positive) questions we ask will tend to focus our attention in a particular direction, causing actual improvement and movement to that desired direction.
AI Cycle (4D Model): Discover - Dream - Design - Destiny / Deliver.
